Profitly ("the App") is an iOS app for tracking products, inventory, sales records, revenue, and gross profit. This policy explains what data the App stores, how it is used, and your privacy choices.
The App stores the information you enter, including product names, stock quantities, purchase prices, default sale prices, sales records, notes, and related business statistics.
Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud sync is available, your data may also sync to your private iCloud account using CloudKit.
If you export your sales records as CSV, the exported file is generated on your device and shared using iOS system features. We do not receive a copy of your exported data.
When iCloud sync is enabled, syncing is handled by Apple's CloudKit framework with your personal iCloud account. We cannot access, view, or recover the data stored in your private iCloud container.

You can edit or delete your data inside the App at any time. If you remove the App from your device, local data stored on that device is removed by iOS. Data that has synced to your private iCloud account is managed through your Apple account and device settings.
Profitly is a business and productivity app and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
